Enjoy a walk around the lovely village of Wingrave and admire the scarecrows throughout the village. This years Wingrave Scarecrow Festival theme is Sport, perfect for a family activity this May Bank Holiday weekend.

Maps will be £3 and can be purchased from the village shop (HP22 4PS)

Timings:
Saturday: 8am – 6pm
Sunday: 8am – 2pm
Monday 8am – 2pm

By purchasing a map/ maps you have the opportunity to vote for your favourite scarecrows and to enter the prize draw for a £20 Amazon voucher.

Scarecrows will be out from the morning of 3rd May. You do not have to do the route in a particular order or at a particular time so it’s a great outdoor activity.

We are very fortunate in Wingrave to have a well stocked shop, pub and sports club (Wingrave Park).

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION
We love welcoming you to our village to enjoy the scarecrows. It is however a small village so we ask that you park off road and not on the main roads through the village.

Off road park is available at
Wingrave Sports and Social club (HP22 4QB) (maps will be available on Sat (from 2pm) and Sun (from 12pm) to buy from the upstairs bar)
Wingrave CE School (HP22 4QG) (less than 5 mins walk to shop to buy maps)
Macintrye School (HP22 4PA) – pop a note on your dashboard that you are attending the scarecrow festival (less than 5 mins walk to shop to buy maps)
Please do not park on Winslow Road or Leighton Road which are main roads through the village
