Hogshaw Farm

Hogshaw Farm & Wildlife Park is perfect for a fun family day out. There are lots of friendly farm animals and pets to meet and more unusual animals in the Wildlife Zone. Jump off some energy on the giant bouncy pillow or indoor soft play plus lots more activities. There are lots of extras this summer from From animal encounters and tractor rides, to bug hunts, summer splash pool and adventure play, there’s plenty to keep outdoor explorers of all ages occupied this summer!
Roald Dahl Museum & Story Centre

Get ready for an action packed summer of fun at the Roald Dahl Museum & Story Centre. From storytelling to creative workshops and a walking trail to a playing your favourite garden games with a Roald Dahl twist – there’s something for everyone.
Cosmic Adventures at Discover Bucks Museum

Enjoy themed crafts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, explore the incredible Beyond the Stars exhibition, Space Descent VR – narrated by Tim Peake and the much-loved Roald Dahl Children’s Gallery every day. Relax in our space-themed sensory room, enjoy garden games in our beautiful Victorian garden, and refuel with light snacks from the café.

Summer at The Patch MK (Milton Keynes)

Viking Raid at Chiltern Open Air Museum

The Vikings have arrived and taken over a Saxon settlement at the Chiltern Open Air Museum. Get involved in games, music, storytelling and fun activities from the Viking Age. Then join in to watch as the raid unfolds and see who wins in the battle between the Vicious Vikings and the Christian forces of Wessex. There will also be some have-a-go archery, Viking storytelling and children’s warrior drill & sailing a longship.
