It’s all getting rather spooky at Alderford with a drive in cinema and Halloween events for kids of all ages (and event an over 16s Nightmare Island too)
Trick or Trail
25th-31st October – Ages 8 and Under
This Halloween, gather your little ghouls, witches, and wizards for a magical outdoor adventure! Follow the Trick or Trail as it winds around Alderford Lake and through the spooky woods. Along the way, hunt for hidden letters to solve the secret word… get it right and you’ll earn yourself a sweet treat!
But that’s not all — keep your eyes peeled for everything you’ll need to craft your very own wand or broomstick as you explore. Will you choose to fly off into the night or cast your own magical spells?
Spooky Island
24th – 26th October – For Older Children 8+ and Not-So Brave Adults
A spooky experience speckled with small frights for older children and not-so-brave adults! Designed for children and faint-hearted adults who crave a thrilling experience without the heart stopping terror. Nestled deep within the misty woods, you will be met by some unexpected twists and turns and don’t forget those pesky prisoners!
Alderford’s Nightmare Island Experience
24th – 26th October – Recommended 16+
Where can those who are kept hidden from the world be found? And what measure are taken to keep them in? Do you dare to find out?
