As you know we love finding a new fun play park to explore! We recently had an appointment at the family centre on Dunsham Lane in Aylesbury and afterwards we took Parker to the “Alfred Rose Memorial Park play space” next door, and what a lovely little find it was!
The park is set in a huge open green space, with a pavement around the outside (which was ideal for the pram!). There was a zip wire, swings, a big roundabout and a huge wooden climbing frame for the older kids, as well as a basketball court. And next to it sat a lovely fenced in park for the little ones.
The small park was in a relatively small space but has loads of play equipment in there! Parker was just running from one thing to the other having a blast!
There were slides, a trampoline, a tunnel, swings, play houses, a seesaw, a bridge and stepping stones. Parker loved doing some role play in the playhouses and looking at the wooden carved insects set in the grass. The equipment was relatively new and well maintained and there was also lots of seating for grown ups too.
There were honestly lots of fun little things for him to see and do and he really enjoyed himself so it’s definitely a park we’ll be back to!
We drove and parked at the Alfred Rose Community Centre
